We're doing a quick survey on who is using the choose action and how it is being used. On the average, how many entities do you have in the list that you choose from? What sort of entities - queues, resources, loads, etc., do you normally use the choose action on?
If everyone could take a few minutes and respond it would be most appreciated.

Use at least once in an Agv model to assign a load to a vehicle. Typical model has less than 75 vehicles in it.

I cannot remember ever using the choose action in a "real" model.
I'd guess that I taught it in a class at some point.

Choose, by definition for anyone who's not in the know:
choose - Use the choose action to choose one entity from among several entities or from an object list. The choice can be based on any legal relation among entity attributes. You can save the choice as a load attribute or a variable using the syntax save choice as. If nothing is chosen, the load attribute or variable is given a null value.
Never used it.

i use the choose action very often
for examplewhen I search e load in a list with a particular attribut.

i use choise often instead of a "for each"
